With over three decades of experience in the flexible packaging industry, MAK Flexible Packaging Pvt. Ltd. builds on a legacy of industry knowledge, customer relationships, and packaging expertise established through our earlier business, K.K. Color Accurates Ltd.
Our journey reflects a long-standing understanding of the evolving needs of businesses across food, spices, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, garments, and other industries that rely on flexible packaging.

Our product range includes printed laminated rolls, stand-up pouches, zipper pouches, centre-seal pouches, three-side-seal pouches, side-gusset pouches, and plain or printed PP pouches.

Our Process
A Structured Approach to Flexible Packaging
Every packaging order begins with a clear understanding of the product and its requirements. Our process follows a coordinated sequence designed to support production accuracy and finished-pack quality.
01 — Requirement Analysis Understanding the product, intended application, packaging format, material requirements, dimensions, and artwork.
02 — Material Selection Identifying an appropriate film or laminate structure based on the agreed packaging requirements and technical feasibility.
03 — Printing Applying the required graphics, branding, product information, and artwork using a suitable printing process.
04 — Printing Inspection Reviewing printed material against the relevant specifications before it proceeds to subsequent operations.
05 — Lamination Combining compatible material layers where required to achieve the specified packaging structure and performance characteristics.
06 — Slitting Converting laminated or printed rolls into the required widths for downstream processing or customer use.
07 — Roll Conversion and Pouch Making Converting packaging material into finished rolls or pouch formats according to the order specifications.
08 — Quality Checks and Dispatch Checking the finished packaging against applicable order requirements and coordinating dispatch.
